Lead a growing business at the front of collision repair
BSR Estimating provides trained virtual damage estimators to collision repairers. Our estimators work as part of each repairer’s team, producing over one million dollars a day in estimates. We support repairers across Australia and New Zealand, from single sites to multi-site groups, with our estimating team based in the Philippines and Sri Lanka, and we’re expanding into new markets.
We’re appointing our first General Manager to lead the business day to day and drive the next stage of growth.
What you’ll do
Be the main contact for our clients, running regular service reviews and keeping every client well looked after
Win and onboard new repairers and multi-site groups, from first conversation to go-live
Help take BSR into new markets as we expand beyond Australia and New Zealand
Lead our team leaders and offshore estimating team, including rostering, quality and capacity
Recruit new team members, and help with and oversee their training
Deliver monthly results against budget and report KPIs to the directors
Represent BSR at industry events, roadshows and association meetings
Grow our wider services, including Plan4Profit and our Workflow app
What you’ll bring
Senior management experience in collision repair: bodyshop, MSO, assessing or insurance repair
Strong knowledge of estimating workflow and platforms such as iBodyshop, Audanet or NTAR
A track record of winning and keeping B2B clients
Experience leading teams
Experience in training is an advantage
Commercial skills: budgets, pricing and monthly reporting
An industry network across Australia and New Zealand is a strong advantage, and experience in other markets is a plus
